  • q.s.lemon juice

Apple puff pastry with cane sugar: preparations…

  1. Peel the apples and remove the core, slice into slices just under an inch thick.

  2. Unroll a roll of puff pastry, arrange the slices of apple in two columns, brush with lemon juice, distribute on each slice some sugar cane, cinnamon and raisins.

    Cover with other dough and pass with your hands around each slice so that the dough sticks to the one below.
