Lemon and ginger chicken stir fry, simple, creamy and greedy!

To get chicken breast to be soft seems difficult, but there are many recipes that will help you and are really delicious and unique!

I don’t like the usual grilled chicken breast, which is why when I buy it I try to make recipes that can make it tasty and succulent, but without too much effort.

Today I’ll tell you how to cook creamy chicken with lemon and ginger, a vaguely exotic recipe, but with an exceptional result that is easily done in the pan!

2 pounds chicken breast
1 onion (big)
q.s. olive oil
3 lemons (bio, for juice and peel)
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
q.s. salt
q.s. fresh ginger
1 tablespoon all purpose (AP) flour

Steps

Lemon and ginger chicken stir fry, step by step:

Remove the chicken breast of the cartilage and the central little bone, then cut it into pieces.

Collect the pieces of meat in a bowl, add the peel of two organic lemons,

Add the peeled and grated ginger (I grated half an inch) and soy sauce.

Mix and marinate for 10 to 30 minutes (depending on the time you have available).

Chop the onion and brown it in olive oil.

Add the chicken and let it brown and flavor well.

When the chicken has changed color becoming white, add about 3 ounces of lemon juice and a tablespoon of honey, the latter will give a pleasant sweet and sour note.

Let the lemon evaporate and add a tablespoon of flour.

Stir, let it absorb the flour, add about 1 cup of water, bring to a boil and salt.

As soon as the crème on the bottom of the pan begins to thicken, turn off and serve immediately.

Our recipe of chicken with ginger and lemon is ready, we just have to add a bit of grated ginger and lemon zests and bring it to the table.

I also garnished with green leaves and pink pepper.
