Avocado mousse recipe

Salty avocado mousse for filling, perfect as a light and vegan substitute for many sauces…

This simple, fast, tasty and velvety avocado mousse is perfect to replace sauces and creams less healthy like mayonnaise.

It is perfect for stuffing croutons, canapés, toasted bread and sandwiches, and goes well with meat cooked in a simple way.

This bright green mousse is also perfect for choreographic preparations, but above all it is greedy and does not cause feelings of guilt!

Curious? Follow me in the kitchen, you’ll see what a practical and greedy idea!

Avocado Mousse: Steps

To prepare the mousse you need avocados mature but not yet blackened, so soft, but not creamy.

Peel the avocado and cut it into pieces, collect it in the TM Bowl of the blend along with the rest of the ingredients.

Blend until you get a smooth and silky mousse.

Season with salt and lemon if you like and use it to stuff everything you want.

Consum within a couple of hours and anyway always before it oxidizes, becoming dark.
