VALENTINE’S BUTTER COOKIES

Valentine’s butter cookies, are a real treat, they melt in your mouth. To make these butter cookies, I used a dough that never dries and they are filled with delicious milk and white chocolate. I wanted to make the butter cookies even more delicious by adding sprinkles and a chocolate heart. If you love pistachios, then I recommend trying the butter and pistachio cookies because they are special! 400 g flour
300 g buttermilk
130 g sugar
60 g milk
milk chocolate
white chocolate
sprinkles
chocolate (heart)

WE PREPARE THE COOKIES

whip with electric whips the soft butter with the sugar, add the milk and finally the sifted flour. The dough will be very soft and almost sticky.

Roll out the dough, try to form a rectangle about half a cm thick but if you like higher cookies then even 1 cm. Using a cookie cutter, cut out as many cookies as you can using scraps from the cut-outs. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake, at 180 degrees, for about 15 minutes. Be careful this dough tends to darken immediately. Remove from the oven and once cold, dip the cookies in melted chocolate and then decorate with sprinkles and finally add the chocolate heart.
