HOW TO PREPARE PUMPKIN CROQUETTES

PROCEDURE

Place the already cooked and cold pumpkin flesh, egg, pecorino cheese,bread crumbs and sage in a blender. Blend everything together, adjust salt and pepper and nutmeg. With damp hands, form small balls, flatten them a little, pass them first in beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs. Arrange the croquettes on a plate and let them rest in the freezer at least 30 minutes. After this time has elapsed, arrange the croquettes on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake, at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. If you decide to use the air fryer, place the croquettes in the basket and run the program. if you decide to fry the croquettes , heat the seed oil very well and then start and fry.
