HOW TO MAKE FRIED PUMPKIN
Making fried squash is super easy. Cut the pumpkin into slices not too thin but not too thick, dip the pumpkin slices in the egg and then in the mixture of corn flour and breadcrumbs. Heat the oil very well and when it is hot, fry the pumpkin slices, adjust the salt and taste the fried pumpkin nice and hot and crispy.
