BACON AND SCAMORZA ROLLS

Very easy, very quick and tender, bacon and scamorza rolls a very simple second course to make. These rolls are made with thin slices of pork loin and their stringy filling is very inviting and can be prepared in just a few minutes. They are so tender that they melt in your mouth and children love them. These delicious rolls can be cooked directly in the pan with very little oil, but you can also bake them in the oven and they will remain as soft as ever. If you do not like pork, you can replace it with veal. Now let’s see what we need to make the bacon and scamorza rolls.

INGREDIENTS:
slices of pork loin
1 scamorza cheese
bacon
oil
salt
white wine

PROCEDURE:
Lay out the pork slices, place a slice of cheese and a slice of bacon on top and roll up. Place the rolls in a pan with some oil, add salt and pepper and cook for about 30 minutes. At the end of the cooking time, add the wine and leave them on the heat for 5 minutes. The rolls are ready to be enjoyed.
