Steps Hamburgers with the air fryer

As already mentioned this is a quick and easy recipe, start by putting the oil in a small cup and stir in the teaspoon of spices.

Brush the oil over the meat with the help of a kitchen brush.

Spread two slices of bacon on each burger.

At the bottom of the fryer you can insert a disc of baking paper, this is optional I insert it to facilitate the extraction of the fat that will release from the meat later, the important thing is not to put the paper in contact with the meat, because it has to release the fat and not keep it on!

Place the meat in the basket of the air fryer, insert it into the machine and start at 200° for 8 minutes.

As soon as it is ready, it does not need to be flipped, add two slices of cheese (sottilette) to each hamburger, and put in the oven for no more than 10 seconds.

Your burgers cooked in the air fryer are ready to be served, with any condiment you like: ketchup, mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato…
