Steps Homemade hamburgers

To prepare the burgers at home, place the mince in a bowl, add salt, ground pepper and dried basil powder and mix with your hands.

Place a noodle cup (or you can use a glass) with a diameter of 10 cm on a work surface, take a 125 g portion of meat and crush it inside the noodle cup (if you use a glass, form a circle with your hands of about 10 cm and 0.5 cm high and then cut the shape with the glass). Then remove the pasta cup. Do the same with the remaining portion of dough to make 4 burgers.

Place the burgers on square pieces of baking paper.

Grill the homemade burger patties on a hot barbecue until the internal temperature reaches 160°F and then place the cheese on top for 3 minutes before removing the burgers from the grill.

Homemade burgers can be stored uncooked in the refrigerator, covered with foil, for no longer than 12 hours,

These homemade burgers can absolutely be frozen. When you prepare your burgers, separate them with a piece of greaseproof paper and store them in a sealed bag in the freezer. This is a great way to prepare a meal in advance!
