Steps Crispy potatoes in an air fryer
To prepare this easy but excellent recipe for frying potatoes, start by removing the skin and bruised parts of the potatoes.
Wash under running water and dry.
Cut them into chunks.
Place the potato pieces in cold water for 10 minutes.
Remove from the water and dry, season with spices, salt to taste and a teaspoon of corn starch.
Finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
Place half the potatoes in the fryer (do not overdo the quantities otherwise they will not cook properly.
Operate the air fryer on the potato function for 20 minutes at 350° F, stir halfway through cooking.
We are proud of how perfect our potatoes are. We really thought they couldn’t be better, but it turns out the air fryer is really special. They become extra crispy all over and remain perfectly soft on the inside. They are by far one of our favourite air fryer recipes to date.
