3 potatoes
2 teaspoons spice ( your choice)
salt (as desired)
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon olive oil

Steps Crispy potatoes in an air fryer

To prepare this easy but excellent recipe for frying potatoes, start by removing the skin and bruised parts of the potatoes.

Wash under running water and dry.

Cut them into chunks.

Crispy potatoes in an air fryer

Place the potato pieces in cold water for 10 minutes.

Remove from the water and dry, season with spices, salt to taste and a teaspoon of corn starch.

Finish with a drizzle of olive oil.

Place half the potatoes in the fryer (do not overdo the quantities otherwise they will not cook properly.

Operate the air fryer on the potato function for 20 minutes at 350° F, stir halfway through cooking.

Serve hot!
