In a bowl, place the egg, sugar, seed oil and a pinch of salt.
Stir to mix the ingredients.
Add the zest of an untreated lemon and the filtered juice of half a lemon.
While continuing to mix, add the flour a little at a time until completely absorbed.
Pour the dough onto the table and knead with your hands until you obtain a soft ball.
Take small pieces of dough and form them into balls of about 20 and dip them in icing sugar.
Place in the oven with the help of an adult if made by a child and bake at 356° for 20 minutes.
Take the biscuits out and leave to cool.
