Ingredients Mashed Sweet Potatoes
- 1 kgsweet potatoes
- 10 mlolive oil
- 250 mlmilk
- 1/2 teaspoonsalt
- 1 gblack pepper
- 50 ggrated cheese
Preparation Mashed Sweet Potatoes
Peel sweet potatoes .
Wash and dry sweet potatoes, cut into pieces.
Cook sweet potatoes in milk and salt with a lid on low heat, stirring often to prevent sticking or burning, until sweet potatoes are very tender, about 30 minutes .
Blend the mixture to a puree.
Return to low heat for 5 minutes, adding grated cheese and a little black pepper.
Turn off the heat.
Taste and adjust salt if necessary. Transfer to a serving dish and serve warm, with olive oil.
