  • 1 kgsweet potatoes
  • 10 mlolive oil
  • 250 mlmilk
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 gblack pepper
  • 50 ggrated cheese

Preparation Mashed Sweet Potatoes

  1. Peel sweet potatoes .

    Wash and dry sweet potatoes, cut into pieces.

  2. Cook sweet potatoes in milk and salt with a lid on low heat, stirring often to prevent sticking or burning, until sweet potatoes are very tender, about 30 minutes .

    Blend the mixture to a puree.

  3. Return to low heat for 5 minutes, adding grated cheese and a little black pepper.

    Turn off the heat.

    Taste and adjust salt if necessary. Transfer to a serving dish and serve warm, with olive oil.
