INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup sugar

1 large egg

3 tbsp oil (I use sunflower oil)

170 g of sour cream or Greek yogurt

vanilla flavor

1cup +2 tbsp of 00 flour

30 g of bitter cocoa

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon of baking soda

FOR THE GLAZE

dark chocolate
white sugars

PROCEDURE:
Pour the sour cream in a bowl with the sugar and mix with electric whips. Add the egg, vanilla, oil and finally the flour with baking powder and baking soda. Now pour the mixture into a donut mold. Bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes but adjust with your oven.
In the meantime, melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool, then cover it with the dark chocolate and garnish with white sprinkles.
