My husband likes creamy and crunchy desserts and so, I decided to prepare this delicious millefeuille with mascarpone and raspberries. 2 rolls puff pastry

FOR THE CREAM

500 ml milk
3 yolks
90 g sugar
75 g flour
vanilla essence
250 g mascarpone

TO FILL

raspberry jam
raspberries (to decorate)
chocolate (hearts)

LET’S PREPARE THE MILLEFEUILLE

Roll out the puff pastry rolls and bake them in the oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the cream.

Heat the milk. In a saucepan, whip the egg yolks with the sugar, add the flour a little at a time, flavor and then add a little at a time, the hot milk. Transfer everything on the fire and thicken well always. Remove from heat and let cool and then add the mascarpone cheese.

Spread some jam on a sheet of puff pastry, cover with cream and close with the other sheet of puff pastry. Trim the edges well.

Cover the whole pie with the rest of the cream and decorate with raspberries and chocolate hearts.
