PREPARATION OF STUFFED CHICKEN WITH GREEN BEANS AND CARROTS

First, prepare the vegetables. Boil the green beans and carrots and once cooked, drain and set aside. Now prepare the stuffed chicken. Take four slices of chicken breast and join them together forming a large slice, add the bacon on top and then the slices of cheese, roll up and form a large long roll, close the ends with toothpicks and dip in flour. Now take a large frying pan, pour in some oil and when it is hot, cook the chicken roll in it. When it is almost cooked, add the green beans and carrots, adjust the salt and let everything take on flavor. It took me about 20 minutes to cook the chicken rolls. Consider that with these quantities came four stuffed chicken rolls.
