Raspberry champagne sorbet

Champagne sorbet is the perfect Valentine’s Day dessert cocktail all in one! This cocktail is made with pink champagne and raspberry sorbet for something elegant and festive. Talk about a romantic idea for dessert!

Sipping this cocktail will be a refreshing touch to your evening. Similar to your favourite ice cream, this one is made with a fruit-based sorbet.

I love raspberry champagne glasses for Valentine’s Day, but also for many other occasions. Ideal for New Year’s Eve, baby showers for girls, birthday parties or bridal showers. You can use a clear champagne and use any coloured sorbet that matches the colour of the day!
