180 g sugar
80 g milk
60 g seed oil (sunflower)
1 sachet baking powder
1 carrot
granulated sugar
40 g almonds
1 orange

PROCEDURE

To make the orange and carrot cake, first you need to wash and chop the orange, carrot and almonds and blend everything together with the sugar, add the eggs, milk, oil, flour and baking powder. Prepare a baking pan, I used a baking sheet covered with baking paper and pour in the mixture, sprinkle with granulated sugar and bake at 180 degrees for about 35/40 minutes but adjust according to your oven and do the toothpick test. Take the cake out of the oven and if you want to sprinkle with powdered sugar.
