50 g coconut flour
1 sachet baking powder
130 g water
130 g seed oil
2 apple

PROCEDURE

To make the apple and coconut cake, it is very simple. first, whip the whole eggs with the sugar for about five minutes, they must be nice and frothy. Once whipped, pour in the oil and then the water without stopping whipping, add the lemon peel and finally the flour and coconut flour. The mixture will be very liquid, do not add more flour, this is how it should be. Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes and add them to the mixture. Pour the mixture into a baking pan covered with baking paper but if you prefer, you can also butter it. I used a 22 cm pan because I love tall cakes but a 24 cm pan is just as good. Bake at 180 degrees for about 35/40 minutes but always adjust with your oven. I use a static oven with the fan takes less time. Remove from oven and dust with powdered sugar and coconut flour.
