sponge cake (ready)
1 jar pineapple
500 g strawberries
3 yolks
90 g sugar
75 g flour
500 ml milk
250 ml cream

First prepare the cream. In a saucepan, whip the egg yolks with the sugar, then add the flour and finally the warm milk a little at a time trying not to form lumps, stir and thicken on the fire and then let cool. Once the cream is cold, add the whipped cream.

Once the cream is cold, add the whipped cream, cut some pineapple and strawberries into small pieces and add them to the cream, mix well. Now fill the cake. Take the sponge cake, if you want you can prepare it yourself, cut off the top and reduce it to crumbs, soak the whole base of the sponge cake with pineapple juice and then fill it with the cream and cover all the edges well. Finally, decorate the cake with slices of pineapple and and the sponge cake crumbs. . Keep the cake in the fridge until you are ready to eat it.
