The combination of potatoes with apples with the freshness of rosemary makes this side dish an explosion of truly fantastic flavors.

Ingredients to Roasted potatoes and apples

1.1 lbs potatoes
3 apples
q.s. extra-virgin olive oil
q.s. salt
2 sprigs rosemary

Steps to Roasted potatoes and apples

▪ Preheat the oven to 392° static mode.
▪ Wash the potatoes and apples thoroughly.
▪ Cut the potatoes into pieces that are neither too small nor too large.
▪ Put them into the baking tray.
▪ Cut the apples into 4 and remove the core part with the seeds.
▪ Cut the apples into pieces the same size as the potatoes and add them to the baking tray.
▪ Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a couple of pinches of salt.
▪ Remove the leaves from the rosemary sprigs and add them to the potatoes and apples.
▪ Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
▪ Roasted potatoes and apples are ready!
▪ Enjoy!
