Let is snow Cocktail

Let is snow Cocktail is a white cocktail that immediately recalls the snow and the Christmas atmosphere, especially thanks to Frangelico.

Frangelico is an Italian hazelnut liqueur that originates in Piedmont, where three centuries ago Christian monks lived who knew well the world of food and drink, in particular the use of wild hazelnuts and other ingredients that are the basis of this hard alcohol.

The name derives in fact from the hermit monk Fra Angelico, who according to legend lived on the Piedmontese hills in the 17th century.

It uses Tonda Gentile hazelnuts (this type of hazelnut has obtained a “protected status”), which are grown in the Langhe, typical of the Piedmont area where it is produced; once roasted hazelnuts give rise to an infusion which after being distilled is enriched with some aromas including cocoa and vanilla.

Its alcohol content is 20% vol.
