Flesh bombs

Flesh bombs are tasty little morsels to enjoy with friends.

Perfect for a quick main course or buffet.

The slices of coppa give the dish the fatty and decidedly succulent compenent, and the cooked ham and smoked scamorza round it off perfectly.

The recipe came to me by chance while I was looking for something to take to my parents for lunch, I was scrolling like an automaton through the butcher’s counter and saw the coppa and had like a thunderbolt.

It was a moment to have a few slices made and the recipe was already ready in my head.
