RIBS

Ribs are a must and a fantastic dish that I really love.

Over time I have experimented with various recipes with different marinades, this is one of those that satisfies me the most.

They are incredibly soft and you don’t even need a knife, they come off on their own with your hands.

This time I have prepared them in the oven and not in the BBQ, so everyone can prepare them.

If you want to make them on the BBQ the procedure is the same except that there will be no need for the baking tray.
