When you are looking for a quick and really tasty side dish, Roasted sweet potatoes are the best solution.
I love this tuber and I always like to invent new and licious recipes.
Sweet potatoes have multiple qualities, in fact they are:
rich in fiber
antioxidants
rich in minerals and vitamins
the peel reduces cholesterol and triglycerides
they have a lower glycemic index than common potatoes.
It is also a very versatile food that lends itself to a multitude of recipes such as my

Ingredients to Roasted sweet potatoes
- 1.7 poundssweet potatoes
- 1 sprigrosemary
- q.s.extra-virgin olive oil
- q.s.salt
Tools
- Peeler
- Blotting Paper
- Chopping Board
- Knife
- Baking paper
- Baking Tray
Preparation
▪ Preheat the oven to 392° fan-forced.
▪ Peel the sweet potatoes and rinse them well.
▪ Dry them very well with blotting paper.
▪ Cut them into slices about 0.3 inches.
▪ Line the baking tray with baking paper and place the sweet potatoes inside.
▪ Coarsely chop the rosemary.
▪ Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil over the potatoes, salt and rosemary.
▪ Bake for 15 minutes.
▪ Once out of the oven, let the Roasted sweet potatoes rest for 3 minutes before serving.
▪ Enjoy!
