Pepperoni Pizza

Pepperoni Pizza is one of my favorite pizzas!

Few ingredients that make a simple dough something truly spectacular.

If accompanied by a good ice-cold beer this recipe is even more spectacular!

I got the pizza dough ready from my trusted baker, but if you want to try your hand at preparing it at home, I certainly won’t be the one to stop you 😁.

Ingredients to Pepperoni Pizza

2.2 lbs pizza dough
2 cups tomato puree
0.88 lbs mozzarella
0.88 lbs pepperoni
cubes extra-virgin olive oil
q.s. salt

Chopping Board
Knife
Bowl
Rolling pin
Pizza pan, rectangular
Baking papers

Steps to Pepperoni Pizza

▪ Preheat the oven to 482° static mode.
▪ Divide pizza dough into 4 portions.
▪ Roll out each dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of about 0.3 inches.
▪ Put the tomato puree in a bowl and add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt.
▪ Cut the mozzarella cheese as you like.
The smaller the pieces, the sooner it will melt.
▪ Pour tomato sauce over pizza dough and cover the entire surface.
▪ Sprinkle mozzarella cheese.
▪ Cut pepperoni into thin slices.
▪ Put pepperoni on the pizza.
▪ Line a pizza pan with baking paper and bake each pizza for about 15 minutes.
▪ Once baked serve while still steaming accompanied by an excellent ice-cold beer.
▪ Pepperoni Pizza is ready!
