Salmon au gratin with lemon

Baked salmon with lemon, crispy and golden-brown breanding…I would eat salmon fillet every day: so soft, velvety and tasty, it is difficult to say no to it and when I find it on sale I always buy it!

I prepare it in different ways, but in this recipe I’ll tell you how to cook it in a delicious way without exaggerating with calories, but at the same time without giving up the taste.

The real secret of this very fragrant dish is the lemon zest added to the breading and the baking in foil, followed by a light gratin.

The recipe is super simple, but so good that it can also be served during an important fish lunch, but let’s go to the kitchen, we will prepare it together!

1 lemon (bio)

Place the salmon fillet on a sheet of parchment paper and sprinkle with the grated zest of an biologic lemon, sprinkle with two tablespoons of juice, salt and pepper and breadcrumbs.

Pack it with baking paper and wrap it up.

Wrap the package with aluminum, let it rest fifteen minutes and meanwhile preheat the oven.

Bring it to 355 º C, arrange the packet with the salmon on a baking dish and cook for 20 minutes in ventilated mode (25 minutes if static), remove it from the oven and let gratin again in the oven for a few minutes.

Obtained the desired browning, finally bake it and serve with a nice salad.
