- 300 mlmilk 🥛🥛🥛
- 2 tablespoonspotato starch 🥔🥔
- 4 tablespoonsSugar 🔸
- 100 gDark Chocolate 🍫

- 1 steel pot
- 1 wooden spoon
Preparation
Take a saucepan with a high non-stick bottom, put the chocolate, the starch and the sugar over medium heat and add the milk, always stirring with a wooden spoon, do not leave it for even a second as it could burn or have lumps , always stir even when it boils … remove from fire….

remember that the density of the chocolate is obtained by boiling therefore the more it bubbles the more it thickens .. each to its own taste … for example, I make thick chocolate that is cut with a knife to understand each other when I want to eat it with cream ….
