  • 1steak πŸ₯© (1 steak πŸ₯©(beef steak (veal) boneless.))
  • 1 sprigrosemary 🌿 ((fresh well washed))
  • 3 leavessage ((both fresh or dried are good))
  • 1 clovegarlic πŸ§„ ((in my recipe I don’t use it, the dish becomes light and highly digestible))
  • 1chillies (1dried chillies only if you like … I use cannamela)
  • q.s.water πŸ₯›
  • q.s.salt πŸ§‚ ((according to your taste))
  • 1red wine 🍷 ((a sprinkle))
  • q.s.extra-virgin olive oil ((I use monini when I don’t have the local oil))

Tools

  • 1 Frying Pan in steel with a thick bottom
  • 1 Fork (medium size) in steel
  • 1 Bowl large in glass or plastic
  • 1 Scissors

Preparation

Preparation of sliced beef with artichokes
  1. SLICED BEEF WITH ARTICHOKES

    now after having bought our ingredients and taken the tools we need, we are ready to prepare our sliced beef

    we take our artichokes to remove the sticks so that the heart of the artichoke remains as shown in the photo

  2. SLICED BEEF WITH ARTICHOKES

    in the bowl we put the artichoke hearts and place them under running water to wash them … after this, I do not put them in the bathroom with lemon so as not to darken them, they lose flavor and nutritionally with regard to iron ..

    now remove the hearts from the bowl, drain the excess water and cut into wedges as shown in the photo …

  3. SLICED BEEF WITH ARTICHOKES

    let’s move on to meat

    we take our beautiful steak and cut into pieces as in the photo with the help of scissors at this point we have our cut

    put the oil in the pan and then cut it as shown in the photo

  4. now let’s put the rosemary, sage and chilli pepper on the meat (breaking it into 2 parts if you like) I use the cannamela as in the photo we salt and add half a glass of water this is to avoid frying the oil put on the fire and brown the meat until you see it whitish in color (see photo below)

  5. when all the cut will be whitish in color, take the broken artichokes and place them on the meat, season with salt

    add another half glass of water and cover with the lid

    we cook for about 10 minutes, turning everything from time to time….

  6. remove the lid, it will be an amalgamated liquid, sprinkle with the sprinkle of red wine let it evaporate and cook, turning everything for 2, 3 minutes …

    and here is our delicious and very tasty
