Wine pairing

With a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections, the sauvignon produced by the famous Jermann Winery is an intense white wine that captivates with its hints: in addition to the classic tomato leaf, we find decisive citrus notes together with the sweeter ones typical of white flowers.
Characterized by a marked acidity and a varietal note that goes well with spinach, this wine also goes perfectly with the fatness of the cheese.
We recommend a serving temperature between 8 and 10 Celsius degrees to enjoy it at its best.
