Roasted Butternut Squash Salad whit figs is a fantastic salad, perfect for a Christmas side dish.

I love squash in all type, today I chose Butternut type because is amazing to salads.

Ingredients to Roasted Butternut Squash Salad whit figs

7 ounces butternut squash
4 dried figs
6 walnuts
4 dates
q.s. pomegranate grains
1.7 ounces mixed salad
q.s. extra-virgin olive oil
q.s. salt

Tools

1 Chopping Board
1 Knife
1 Baking Tray
1 Baking paper
1 Plate

Steps

▪ Preheat the oven to 392° fan-forced.

▪  Cut the Butternut squash into small pieces.

▪  Place the baking paper on the baking tray.

▪  Move the squash to the baking tray.

▪  Bake for 20 minutes.

▪  Meanwhile, cut the dried figs into 4 parts.

▪  Cut the dates in half, removing the core.

▪  Chop the walnuts coarsely.

▪  Shell the pomegranate.

▪  Remove the squash from the oven.

▪  Take the plate and put the mixed salad as a base.

▪  Put all the ingredients on the mixed salad as you like.

▪  Season with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt.

▪ The Roasted Butternut Squash Salad whit figs is ready!
