Dried orange RUB

Dried Orange RUB is one of my favorite spice mixes to prepare meat, whether it’s grilled, on the BBQ or in the oven.

It is a very fresh preparation with a strong flavor, but at the same time very delicate and smelly.

I prefer this preparation for pork, in particular for pork’s neck, both sliced and roasted.

After putting it in the jar with the airtight lid, I keep it in a cool, dry and dark place.

Since I have the dehydrator I use it very often and being a lover of meat I could not use it for a fantastic RUB.

It is also perfect for flavoring vegetables.
