Creme caramel mignons

Creme caramel mignons are little treats that can be eaten in one bite and are endlessly tasty and give a sense of joy.

I have always been crazy about creme caramel, so I wanted to try using it in a different way than usual by combining it with sponge cake to create these fantastic treats.

I find that in some respects small pastries are the optimal solution when you are looking for something tasty, but without making a whole cake.

Steps

▪ Cut the sponge cake with a medium-small round pasta cutter; if it is too tall, cut it in half with a knife.

▪ Repeat the operation with the creme caramel.

▪ Arrange the creme caramel on top of the sponge cake.

▪ Decorate with raspberries and blueberries.

▪ Creme caramel mignons are ready!
