Apple and calvados trifle

Apple and calvados trifle is a spoon dessert that recalls Christmas, warms the hearts and delights the palate.

When my greengrocer gave me some apples I immediately started thinking about how to turn them into a dessert.

I had some leftover pieces of sponge cake and in my granny’s dresser the Calvados and cinnamon syrup.

The result is really delicious.

What to combine with this special dessert?
