The avocado and smoked salmon tartare with lemon juice is a fresh and light dish, really suitable for every season, great in summer as a cold main course, can also be an elegant appetizer during the holidays.

Ingredients

1 avocado (ripe)
7 ounces smoked salmon
q.s. salt
q.s. olive oil
q.s. tabasco (4 drops, optional)
q.s. chive
q.s. aromatic herbs

Tools

2 Bowls
1 Chopping Board
1 Knife
1 Coppapasta

Steps

Place the salmon on a chopping board and cut into small pieces with a sharp knife, collect it in a bowl and season with lemon juice and chives.
Private the ripe avocado of the seed and the peel it, cut it into very small cubes, season with salt, oil, lemon juice, tabasco (only if you like it) and a little chives.
Mix.

Place the coppasta on the plate where you will serve everything, pour half of the avocado inside, lightly pressed with a spoon and then pour half of the salmon.
Repeat a slight pressure and then assemble the second portion in the same way.
Refrigerate for 1 or 2 hours, then release the dish from the coppapasta, garnish with aromatic herbs and bring to the table.
Enjoy it fresh.
