A few days while browsing on TIK-TOK , I was looking at a trend
irresistible: a streaking and creamy brie with honey and trail mix, accompanied by crispy golden croutons.
It looked so delicious that I couldn’t resist the idea of trying it immediately. The next day at the supermarket I bought the necessary and prepared this incredible treat for lunch.
Believe me, I’m not an easy enthusiast, but it was absolutely irresistible, almost addictive!
Cutting short, guys, the brie with honey and trail mix, hot, streaky and creamy is definitely an amazing cuddle, a treat that if you are on a diet is better to avoid, because you risk eating it all by yourself!!
Don’t you believe it? Try it then and then you will tell me if this goodness did not seduce you too!

Ingredients

2 sticks brie (7 ounces each)
3.5 oz pistachio (not salted)
3.5 oz walnut (shelled)
2.5 oz honey
7 ounces bread (wholemeal bread loaves)
1/2 pinch black pepper

1 Oven

Steps

Baked brie with honey, pistachio end walnut: preparations:

Slice the loaves, making bias cuts, so that the slices are elongated. Place them on a baking tray, drizzle with a little olive oil, add a pinch of pepper and bake at 355 º F for 10 minutes.

Chop the walnuts and pistachios with the knife, arrange them in two separate bowls, distribute the honey and mix.

Place the pieces of brie in the baking dish, make some cuts on the surface so that the honey can penetrate the melting cheese, spread over the nuts and sprinkle with more honey.

Bake in the oven at 340º F for 10 minutes, as soon as you smell the toasted trail mix, turn off the oven, wait 5 minutes and churn it out.
The dish is ready, you just have to dip the croutons and resist the temptation to eat it all by yourself!
