Fudge is a dessert typical of Anglo-Saxon countries, which lends itself to different variations and always delicious recipes. Perfect for a snack, breakfast or as a dessert at the end of a meal, it is extremely simple to make and has as its only contraindication the fact that it causes addiction.
And yes, to its creamy, enveloping and irresistible taste, you just can’t say no!!
In this super simple and super fast recipe, I prepared fudge with dark chocolate with just two ingredients, but to make it even more tasty, I finally thought of adding pecan nuts.
The result? Here it is, a fantastic and irresistible dessert!!

1/2 pound dark chocolate
1 ounce unsalted butter
6 ounces condensed milk
q.s. pecan

How to make dark chocolate fudge: preparation…

Collect some dark chocolate in a bowl, add butter and melt gently in the microwave at 750W for 3 minutes stirring often or in a bain-marie.
In any case, be careful that everything does not get too hot.
Mix the butter with chocolate and add the condensed milk.
Stir.

Cover a small rectangular container with plastic wrap and pour the mixture.
Level very well and place over the nuts or dried fruit to bend.
Store in the fridge for a couple of hours or until the whole thing has settled down.

Take out your dessert and divide it into cubes 1 inch wide and serve.
Store the leftover fudge in a suitable hermetically sealed container and if it is too hot outside, refrigerate and consume within a couple of months.
