1 baguette (or Italian bread)
9 ounces stracciatella cheese (250 g – burrata cheese)
3.50 ounces mortadella with pistachios (100 g)
1 clove garlic
extra-virgin olive oil
pistachio (grain)

Steps

First, slice the baguette using a bread knife making about half-inch (1 cm) thick slices and toast them in a grill pan or in the oven, until lightly browned on both sides.

Cut the garlic and rub over one side of the toasted bread (if you like it, otherwise omit it) and brush with extra virgin olive oil and cover them with the burrata stracciatella, then with the chopped pistachios.

Then, take a slice of mortadella, cut it in half and roll it up, then form a spiral and place it on the crostini.
