Cook some tomato sauce, let it shrink and season with salt and oil.
Unroll the puff pastry and divide it into 20 squares more or less equal ( 4 vertical strips and 5 horizontal).
Fill each square with mozzarella (for pizza) or provola, add a little tomato sauce and sprinkle with oregano.
Assemble the heart on the baking paper, placing 14 nibbles along the perimeter and 6 in the center.
Brush with beaten yolk, which will give a beautiful golden color, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a ventilated oven at 355 ºF for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven, let cool and serve still warm and stringy.
