Ingredients Spaghetti with crab meat
- 400 gspaghetti
- 200 gsurimi
- 2courgettes
- 10cherry tomatoes
- 100 mlolive oil
Preparation
Wash and cut the courgettes into strips.
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, add the courgettes, the crab meat (surimi) and the washed and halved cherry tomatoes.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions, then drain and cover them, saving some of the cooking water.
Add the spaghetti to the pan and sauté with a little cooking water.
Serve hot on plates with a drizzle of olive oil and a little chilli powder (optional).
