How to prepare Parmesan Baskets
To prepare the Parmesan Baskets, spread two tablespoons of grated Parmesan on the baking paper. Let it cook over low heat and wait for the cheese to melt evenly.

When the cheese comes off the baking paper easily, let it solidify on the bottom of an upturned glass for about 1 minute.
Once ready, turn the basket and fill it as you like.

First Proposal
Spread the robiola cheese on the bottom of the basket, place some pieces of dried tomatoes on top and decorate with a few almonds.

Second Proposal
Place the valerian on the bottom of your basket, then put two teaspoons of spreadable cheese, form a little rose with the salmon and place it in the basket and finally decorate with some pomegranate seeds.

Third Proposal
Prepare the lentils and cotechino. Once the cotechino is cooked, cut it into small pieces.
Place two tablespoons of lentils and three pieces of cotechino in your basket. Finally decorate with rosemary.
