  • 1 sprigparsley (1 sprig Parsley 🥬 (chopped parsley and leaves))
  • 1lemon 🍋 ((lemon juice if you tolerate or to your liking))
  • salt (Salt 🧂 to taste)

Preparation

  1. before putting them in the pan, the sea cicades must be washed and cleaned…. in a plastic container under running water dip the spernocchie and one by one clean the belly or the wings to understand each other do not cut them, leave them like this … once you have washed the 12 spernocchie, place them on a plate and drain the excess water.

    at this point our sea cicades are ready to be cooked ..

Take the pan and put the oil, mince or beat the garlic and parsley, (leave a few whole leaves) put the sea cicades in the pan add the chopped, add the salt, and half a glass of water turn on the stove on medium flame cover the pan with a lid, cook for 5-6 minutes, lift the lid, sprinkle with white wine (1 coffee glass) or directly from the bottle itself, evaporate and cook for another 3 -4 minutes … the cicades they are cooked

  3. the ready-to-serve dish: place everything in a serving dish, sprinkle the remaining parsley on the spernocchie, place the lemon wedges and you’re done 🙂
