STUFFED MUSHROOMSaration
Clean the mushrooms by removing the impurities with a paper towel.
Remove the stems, so as to create the cavity to collect the filling, cut the stems into small pieces and put them inside a bowl
Add the chopped parsley, chopped garlic, breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoons oil, salt and pepper, mix well. Fill the mushroom with the filling.
Put oil in a frying pan and heat well, add the stuffed mushrooms inside the pan, along with the tomatoes.
Close the pan with the lid and cook for 20 minutes. Serve warm.. Enjoy it!
