SOFT PIE WITH COCOA, BANANA AND PEAR At first glance, it would seem like a tart, but it isn’t. Indeed, this pie is not made of shortcrust pastry, but of a soft dough for cakes. Soft because I put in the dought in addition to the cocoa also the banana. In this way, this butterless pie will be more healthy, but still delicious. It can be a snack for breakfast or be served as a dessert to end a meal (maybe adding a scoop of ice cream).
