Steps
To prepare Baked Stuffed Mushrooms.
Let’s start with cleaning the mushrooms, you have to clean the mushrooms with a sharp knife to remove the soil that is at the end of the stem. Then wipe the head and the stalk with a wet and wrung out absorbent napkin so that all the dirt is removed.
Remove the stalks to create the cavity to collect the filling. Cut them into small pieces and place them in a small bowl.
Add the chopped parsley, salt, pepper and a tablespoon of oil, stir first, then add the grated Grana cheese, the whole egg mixture and finally a tablespoon of breadcrumbs.
When the stuffing is ready, stuff the mushrooms, lightly oil the baking dish, place the mushrooms inside, sprinkle with a little salt and drizzle with oil. Fill the inside of the mushrooms with the prepared stuffing, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake at 180° for 20 minutes. Serve hot and … Enjoy!
