Pear, walnuts and chocolate Bread
INGREDIENTS
FOR 4 PEOPLE
- 200g of flour 1
- 3 eggs
- 100g of sugar
- 100 ml of seed oil
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 2 Pears
- 100g of chopped walnuts
- 100g of dark chocolate

- 3 eggs
- 3,53 once sugar
- 100 ml of seed oil
- 1 sachet of baking powder

PROCEDURE:
1 step- Put eggs and sugar in a large bowl and then mix them with an electric whisk until the mixture becomes light and puffy.
2 step- Add the seed oil to the mixture and then add the sifted flour, too.
3 step- Peel a pear, remove the seeds and cut it into cubes, while leave the others whole for the final decoration.
4 step- Add pear cubes, chopped nuts and dark chocolate shavings to the mixture. Mix all the ingredients very well and pour the mixture into a pudding mold lined with baking paper.
5 step- Cut the remaining pear into thin slices, distribute them on the surface of the plumcake and then sprinkle this with sugar.
6 step- Place the cake in the oven and bake it at 180° for 35-40 minutes.
7 step- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool inside the mold… Enjoy it!
