4 wurstel
3 teaspoons parmesan cheese
1/4 tablespoon nutmeg
salt
pepper
sesame seed
extra-virgin olive oil

Steps

1-To prepare the Easy Puff Pastry Spinach and wurstel Rolls , we need to season the spinach. Put them in a bowl add salt, pepper, grated parmesan cheese, nutmeg and oil, mix.

2-Unroll the roll of puff pastry and divide it in half obtaining 2 strips from the longest side.

3-Place the spinach filling on top of the puff pastry, dividing it between the two strips: you will need to create a small cylinder of about 2 cm

4-Roll up each strip, sealing the filling tightly inside the puff pastry, creating 2 rolls.

5-Wrap each roll in its baking paper and place in the freezer for about 30 minutes, so that cutting them does not deform. After this time, turn on the static oven at 190°C.

6-Take the rolls and cut them into slices of about 3 cm. Brush them with oil and sprinkle them with sesame seeds.

7-To prepare the würstel rolls do the same thing as those with spinach, unroll the roll of puff pastry,  with its parchment paper, and divide it in half. Place a würstel the first half and roll it up completely in the pastry. Do the same with the remaining half of the pastry. You will have two cylinders of sausage and dough. Cut each roll into slices about 3 inch wide and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with oil and seeds.
