Chicken fillets with bacon a simple second course with an intense and addictive flavor !

Easy Chicken Fillets with Bacon


600 g chicken fillet
15 slices rolled pancetta
1 garlic
Some aromatic herbs
1/2 lemon zest
1/2 glass wine
vegetable broth


1-To prepare the fillets I used pre-cut chicken fillets, but you can use 1-2 whole chicken breasts and get slices 4 inches wide and 10 inches long.

2-Place the chicken fillets in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and oil, mix.

3-Take one slice of bacon at a time and roll up the chicken fillet, do this with all the fillets.

4-Pour the breadcrumbs onto a plate and crumble in the aromatic herbs (rosemary and sage) and the grated lemon rind, mix and bread the fillets in the breadcrumbs.

5-Fry the garlic clove in a pan with the oil, add the fillets and brown them well, taking care to turn them on both sides. Drizzle the chicken fillets with white wine and add a pinch of salt and pepper.

6-Cook for 20-25 minutes, taking care not to let the fillets dry out. If necessary, add a little vegetable broth to make the sauce. Serve hot on the table..Enjoy!
