Cubata cocktail

Cubata cocktail is one of the variants of the most famous cockail Cuba Libre.

It differs from its “brother” because of the choice of Rhum, in fact in this case we have an aged one.

The original recipe would require a 7 years old, I used a 3 years old and the result was equally excellent.

Experimenting with cocktails is one of the things I like the most, mixing ingredients to create something new is really great.

At the same time it is also nice to make cocktails that are not “overused” and let the world know about them…
