Brussels sprouts and bacon skewers are great skewers perfect for a buffet, appetizer or as part of a dinner party.
Just two ingredients that come together to create flavors and aromas that make you want to eat them all in a hurry.
Brussels sprouts are undoubtedly one of the most misunderstood ingredients out there, but I love them, I like to prepare them in a variety of ways and today’s is definitely licious!
Since there is bacon in the recipe I didn’t put salt, but the balance will be perfect!
The final part of the recipe is done on the BBQ (mine can be used at home and takes very little time to heat up), but you can also bake it in the oven for a few minutes on high power until the bacon is crispy.
If you want to use a classic charcoal BBQ you’ll need to light it right away so it will be ready for when you need to put the skewers on.
