Ingredients
- 200 gnachos
- 250 gground turkey
- 1spring onion
- 1 jarred beans
- 1 spoonTex- Mex seasoning
- 10 slicescheddar cheese
- 10cherry tomatoes
- 1 spoonextra-virgin olive oil

Preparation
Place the ground turkey meat in a pan with a spoonful of extra virgin olive oil.
Add the Tex-Mex meat seasoning, you can easily find it on the market, if you can’t find it you can replace it with a pinch of cumin, spicy paprika, pepper and salt.
Stir over high heat for five minutes until the meat is browned.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the nachos on top. Fill with the chopped cheddar and the meat.
Bake at 160 ° for 10 minutes until the cheese is well melted
Remove the nachos from the oven, add the chopped tomatoes, the red beans and the spring onion cut into thin slices.
Place in the centerpiece and let the party begin!
